well i have come to the conclusion that i really want to get better at drawing and making things other than cute anime pictures... while i love the anime/ manga style... i want to try new things... and go back to some of the older ones that i stopped... on of them being painting... i used to paint landscapes and other things all of the time when i was a little younger ... but i always painted with my grandpa... he really taught me everything i know about painting and art... like blending colors and making clouds look like clouds rather than white bubbles... but after he died i just stopped painting... dont get me wrong here ... im not making this journal to whine and tell sad stories... but after getting a chance to paint our wonderful sail cart project in physics... and i had a chance to get out the old paints again ... i noticed i really missed doing that ... so i think i may take an anime break and see if i can get back into the groove of what i used to be able to do ... i know im really ...(and i mean really) rusty ... so it will prolly be a while ... or longer since im not going to be home all next week... but maybe ill be able to see something inspiring to paint... in the mean time i may slip in a few small deviations here and there ... but i really just want to go back to the art supply store and pick up a canvas or two ... (and maybe some not dead paints) ....so well see how it goes! ^_^
